The Urology Clinic in Bismarck is seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join their dynamic team. This role involves being an integral partner in advanced urological care, working in procedure rooms to ensure instruments are in place, sterile fields are pristine, and patients receive the highest standard of safety. The position values attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs, allowing urologists to focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
- CST and UAP certification
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 2 years of CST experience
Responsibilities
- Setting the stage for critical urological procedures with meticulous preparation
- Operating alongside surgeons, providing expert assistance with instruments and specimen handling
- Maintaining a flawless environment, from managing supplies to ensuring equipment readiness
- Working hand-in-hand with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
