About The Position

Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support a high-acuity Adult Operating Room environment. This role requires strong scrub experience across multiple surgical specialties in a trauma-capable acute care setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience (within last 4 years)
• Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center or comparable facility
• Strong scrub experience required
• Experience in multiple surgical specialties including: Trauma Orthopedics General Surgery ENT Vascular GYN Neurosurgery Bariatric GU
• Required: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – active and in good standing

Responsibilities

• Perform scrub duties for adult surgical procedures in a fast-paced OR
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control standards
• Anticipate surgeon needs and respond quickly during procedures
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, RNs, anesthesia, and OR staff
• Perform duties with minimal orientation and supervision
