Requirements

• High School Graduate.
• Graduation from a formal accredited surgical technician training program.
• Certified Surgical Tech Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Two years surgical technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Specialized position as a Certified Surgical Technologist with the neurosurgical team.
• Work alongside the same surgeons and RNs consistently to become highly skilled in spine and brain surgery.
• Take call responsibilities outside of usual shift to cover neurosurgical cases during evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Rotate weeks between team members for call responsibilities.
• Stock specialty supplies and update neurosurgical preference cards.
