Requirements

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification and Certified Surgical First Assistant (SA-C or CSFA) certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic surgery operating room settings
• Proficiency in wound dressing, suturing, surgical site preparation, and sterile technique
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, surgical instruments, and surgeon preference protocols
• Experience with OR equipment maintenance, sterilization processes, and inventory management
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
