About The Position

Under the direction of the OR Clinical Manager, OR Charge Nurse, and/or the Director of Surgical Services, functions as a member of the surgical services team. Creates and maintains a sterile field Performs routine duties of preparing for procedures in both operating and endoscopy suites. Provides the required instruments and supplies, assists surgeons, and anticipates and responds to the needs of the surgical team in caring for surgical services patients.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Nice To Haves

• Certified surgical technologist (CST) preferred
• One-year perioperative services experience preferred
• Prior experience in SPD preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
