Requirements

Current CST certification and proven experience in the medical field, especially in pain management and spine procedures.
A solid understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate surgical team needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment.
A commitment to maintaining a patient-first approach.

Nice To Haves

Orthopedic and/or vascular experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields for pain and spine procedures.
Assist the surgical team during operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
Monitor and maintain sterile techniques throughout the surgical process.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and other team members to optimize patient care.
Participate in pre- and post-operative duties, including equipment checks and inventory management.
