About The Position
The Surgical Technologist at Mercy Health facilitates operative or other invasive procedures by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment. This role involves maintaining the sterile field and anticipating and responding to the needs of the surgical team. The position requires working scheduled weekly hours of 36, with shifts rotating between days and afternoons, including weekends, holidays, and on-call duties as per department schedule.
