Requirements

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
Minimum HS Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail, quick thinking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to exceptional patient care.
Demonstratedlongevity in previous roles, showing a strong dedication to the profession and your team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Ortho experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures across multiple specialties, ensuring a sterile environment and smooth flow in the operating room.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to provide optimal patient care.
Maintain an organized sterile field and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures.
Ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are available and in proper working order.
Uphold strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety measures.
