The position involves implementing and refining district approved curriculum to meet the evolving educational needs of students. The educator will systematically gather, analyze, and use data to measure student progress, guide instruction, and provide timely feedback. Effective use of technology to enhance student learning and manage the classroom is essential. The role requires maintaining a safe, student-centered learning environment that is engaging and respectful. The educator will manage the classroom with clear, consistent expectations for student behavior, aiming to create a calm, safe, and orderly learning community. Additionally, the educator will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) consistent with compliance requirements and complete additional special educational actions while attending meetings as part of the student's educational team.
