Requirements

• Current Subaru Technician Certification (required)
• Prior dealership experience strongly preferred
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed flat-rate production goals
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Accurately complete flat-rate repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Use Subaru diagnostic tools and service software to identify issues.
• Communicate clearly with advisors regarding vehicle condition and recommended repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Stay current on Subaru technical training and certifications.
