Essential Functions: The Certified Sterile Process Technician receives, cleans, distributes and stores medical instruments and equipment. It is the philosophy of MCSC is to create an environment that supports continuous improvement and innovation in patient and family focused care while recognizing the culture and complexities presented by the current health care environment. We believe in developing and implementing functional standards that are fundamental to providing quality healthcare. Requirements

Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician or The Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD), formerly the NICHSPDP as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician.
