The individual will operate departmental equipment daily according to manufacturer instructions with an emphasis on safety and provide customer service to all departments with a focus on patient needs. Additionally, the position involves processing and documenting all sterile supplies and equipment daily using chemical, biological, and mechanical indicators to verify sterility in accordance with manufacturer instructions and hospital policy. The individual will also monitor and perform antimicrobial and disinfection solutions testing according to manufacturer instructions and documentation daily.
