The Certified Stellantis Technician is expected to repair vehicles using appropriate tools, technologies, and procedures in order to restore the vehicle to proper working conditions. This role involves seeking ways to improve business operation efficiencies and customer service, as well as being a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful. The technician will ensure maximum production and customer service by performing all repairs utilizing appropriate tools, procedures, and operations, while following policies and procedures as per the specific manufacturer(s) manual. The technician will also maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times and adhere to all OSHA/EPA requirements. In this position, the technician will be required to operate with integrity, demanding the highest ethical standards from themselves and others. They will maintain composure within the workplace and set an example of a positive attitude and professionalism. The role requires physical demands such as lifting up to a minimum of 100lbs and exposure to shop environments including noise, dust, odors, and fumes. The technician will be expected to maintain regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within the work schedule designated by the department supervisor/manager, and it is typical to work more than 40 hours per week.
