About The Position
Join Vail Resorts as a Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor and experience the best office in the world! This position offers the unique opportunity to teach skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages, providing quality instruction in a safe and fun environment. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering world-class guest service while ensuring that each lesson is tailored to the individual needs of your students. Whether you are working with beginners or advanced skiers, your role will be to inspire a passion for the sport and create lifelong skiers and riders. In this role, you will teach both group and private lessons, working with guests of varying abilities. You will also support all ski school operations, which may include scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment. Your ability to create a safe and enjoyable learning environment is crucial, as is your commitment to providing feedback that encourages guests to continue their skiing or snowboarding journey.
