About The Position

Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodlands Parkway is looking for a Certified Scrub Tech to join our dedicated surgical team! Located in The Woodlands, TX, our center is a collaboration between physicians, United Surgical Partners International (USPI), and Memorial Hermann Health System. We specialize in outpatient surgical care and are known for our efficient, patient-centered environment and high clinical standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
• Certification (CST) through NBSTSA or NCCT required
• Previous experience in an operating room or ambulatory surgery center preferred
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Set up surgical instruments and sterile fields in accordance with case requirements
• Assist surgeons and OR staff during procedures by anticipating needs and passing instruments
• Ensure proper handling of sterile equipment and maintain aseptic technique at all times
• Perform instrument counts and support infection control standards
• Assist with OR turnover and prepare for subsequent cases
• Collaborate with circulating nurses and SPD team for optimal surgical flow
