Requirements

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
PK-12 School Nurse Certificate for school nursing roles. Not required for 1:1 cases
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Mange medications and treatments
Basic health screenings
Manage communicable diseases
Maintaining compliant medical records
Develop care plans and execute care plans
