The Longbella Pharmacy team is committed to providing exceptional retail pharmacy services, supporting patients in medication management, and ensuring a seamless healthcare experience through teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail. The Certified Retail Pharmacy Technician empowers patients through exceptional pharmacy services while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a customer-focused approach to healthcare delivery. This position may be structured as full-time (60+ hours per two weeks) or part-time depending on availability and departmental needs. Candidates available for 30+ hours per week will be considered full-time.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy Technician registration required.
  • Registration with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy must be maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with prescription orders, medication synchronization, and internal programs.
  • Accurately enter and process prescription and insurance claims using pharmacy software.
  • Manage drug inventory, including ordering, unpacking, tracking, and rotating stock.
  • Prepare and label prescriptions following policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Provide customer service in-person and over the phone, including operating the point-of-sale system and answering inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation while keeping pharmacy areas clean and organized.
  • Adapt to new technologies and changes in workflows as needed.
