About The Position

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $4,000 sign on bonus for Certified Residential Medication Aides Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CRMA position, per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. The Memory Care Unit is seeking a CRMA to join the team! Summary: This position consists of 32 hours per week, day shifts. The Certified Residential Medication Aide role is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations and standards of nursing practice under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides personal care services to residents in the role of PSS.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of a forty (40) hour CRMA certification required
Current of a PSS course within 90 days of start date required
Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
Prior long term care experience preferred
