As a CRMA, you will be part of creating a caring environment with your clinical team, focusing on administering medications and treatments to your Residents in an Assisted Living environment. Often you will support your Residents with personal support needs as well, such as light housekeeping. Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Completion of a training approved by the Department of Health and Human Services of no less than forty (40) hours.
• Experience with or desire to care for older and/or chronically ill individuals.
• Ability to work with independence and flexibility.
• Good judgment and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create a safe environment and maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to Residents in an Assisted Living environment.
• Support Residents with personal support needs, including light housekeeping.
• Create a caring environment with the clinical team.
• Focus on high-level customer service.
