About The Position

Clinical Associates is a multi-specialty medical practice located in the northern Baltimore suburban community, dedicated to making health easier for its patients. The practice offers a seamless system of integrated medical care, including in-house specialists from cardiology to podiatry, an ambulatory surgery center, nuclear stress testing facility, and on-site laboratory centers in each office. The organization is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team as mid-level providers for the After Hours Care Clinic. This clinic is located in their Woodholme office in Pikesville, Maryland. Candidates must have experience completing pre-operative examinations and treating patients for various acute and episodic illnesses. The After Hours Care Clinic operates Monday through Friday evenings from 5pm to 9pm and on Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm, serving established patients of the practice by appointment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in primary care
• Ability to empathize with patients
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Computer literate / Proficiency in EMR

• NextGen experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Perform patient examinations – including pre ops
• Prescribe medication
• Order diagnostic tests
• Communicate with primary care provider regarding patient care
