About The Position
Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Flagstaff, AZ Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: April 1, 2026 – April 12, 2026 Clinical Shift Schedule: Variable day, swing, and weekend shifts
Requirements
- Licenses: Active Arizona CRNA license required prior to start
- Board: NBCRNA certification required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Experience: Recent hospital -based anesthesia experience required
- Other Qualifications: Ability to work variable shifts without requesting specific days or times
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties
- Support main OR, ambulatory surgery center, and NORA locations
- Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure safe patient care
- Complete documentation accurately in Cerner and SaAnesthesia systems
- Comply with all facility policies and credentialing requirements
