About The Position

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Ambulatory Division at Henry Ford Cottage Surgery Center in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, offering a collaborative anesthesia care model, no call, no weekends, and a $40,000 sign-on bonus in a high-quality outpatient surgical environment.

Requirements

  • No lapsed or new graduate candidates

  • Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
  • Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
  • Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NBCRNA
  • Michigan State License
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia
  • Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience

Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages and ASA classes (including pediatrics and geriatrics)
  • Provide airway management services as needed
  • Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications
  • Deliver post-anesthesia care and pain management
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EPIC EMR
  • Travel to other ambulatory sites as operational needs arise
  • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams
  • Work within a fast-paced ambulatory division alongside 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians
