Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
About The Position
Illinois Pain & Spine Institute (IPSI) is the largest interventional pain practice in Illinois, serving the Chicago area for more than 25 years. Our physicians specialize in advanced, minimally invasive pain treatments that help patients regain function and quality of life. IPSI is known for clinical excellence, efficiency, and a supportive team culture. We are seeking a part-time CRNA to provide anesthesia care for outpatient interventional pain procedures. This is a daytime-only position with a predictable schedule and no call, nights, or weekends. You’ll work in a well-established practice with experienced physicians and support staff focused on safe, efficient patient care.
Requirements
- MSN with nurse anesthesia concentration
- Active RN and CRNA licensure in good standing (Illinois)
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
Nice To Haves
- Experience in MAC or outpatient anesthesia preferred
- Strong new graduates will be considered
Responsibilities
- Provide MAC and IV sedation for outpatient pain management procedures
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and manage anesthesia care throughout each case
- Maintain airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support smooth patient flow
