About The Position

Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Greensboro, NC Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Optional Call Coverage Period: April 13, 2026 – October 16, 2026 Clinical Shift Schedule: 4 -5 shifts/week; 3x12, 4x10s, or 5x8s with flexibility required; (Standard shift 7a -3p or 7a -5p) COVERAGE DATES April 13, 2026 - October 16, 2026 Monday & Friday Coverage needed Contract Length: 13 weeks with full -time requirement PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: All ages (no pediatrics at one facility) Patient Volume/Census: Varies by site Case Mix: Broad surgical case mix including general, ortho, urology, GYN, vascular, thoracic, neuro, and trauma FACILITY INFORMATION Trauma Level: Level I and II services supported EMR System: Epic Office Equipment Available: Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring Specialty Backup Available: Multispecialty surgical teams Support Staff Available: Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, anesthesia techs, and nursing staff PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60–90 days COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES General anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures Anesthesia support for NORA locations including IR, EP, Endoscopy, and MRI JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active North Carolina CRNA license/IMLC Board: Board Certified CRNA Certifications: ACLS and PALS required Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience; no new graduates Other Qualifications: Ability to float between Multiple sister facilities DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide anesthesia services across multiple hospital locations Support a wide range of surgical and diagnostic procedures Maintain flexibility in scheduling and shift assignments Collaborate with anesthesiology teams under medical direction Document anesthesia care accurately in the EMR

Requirements

  • Active North Carolina CRNA license/IMLC
  • Board Certified CRNA
  • ACLS and PALS required
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience; no new graduates
  • Ability to float between Multiple sister facilities
