  • Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical and procedural interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Utilize EPIC electronic health record for documentation and patient management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Successful completion of a program approved by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Education program.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in good standing from the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
  • Current certification through the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Certification to include ACLS, BLS, PALS, and others as required by institutional policy.
  • Experience in a variety of anesthesia cases.
  • Leadership experience or interest in mentorship.

  • Guaranteed annual base salary ($255,538 to $296,952 for 1.0 FTE and Based on Experience).
