About The Position

The position requires a Registered Nurse to work in Iraq, providing medical services in a challenging environment. The role demands a high level of professionalism and the ability to adapt to various situations while ensuring the health and safety of patients. The nurse will be expected to meet pre-deployment physical requirements and may be involved in tasks that require prolonged periods of sitting and standing, as well as lifting up to 25 lbs. The position also requires the ability to communicate effectively in English and maintain a current U.S. Government security clearance.

Requirements

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• 2+ years’ experience, with 6 months’ experience within the past year.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Experience on a military site working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred.
• Education: Associates, Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.
• Valid US Passport with at least 6 months before expiration date.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, specifically a MRPT.
• Must be able to relocate to Iraq for the duration of the project.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.
