About The Position
Collins Aerospace is looking for you to join our team in Manchester, IA as a Certified Quality Instructor to support our Quality Training Team. In this role, you will obtain certification for a broad course offering to present and facilitate technical quality training related to process specifications and workmanship standards. You will teach and demonstrate principles, techniques, procedures, and/or methods of building or inspecting product. Regularly, you will assist in certifying and coaching other instructors with specific, constructive feedback, and identify and drive implementation of continuous improvement for training. You will interact with Quality personnel to maintain knowledge of best practices and processes utilized on the production floor, select and assemble materials, supplies, and equipment for training courses, and evaluate participant competency to ensure understanding of materials. You may adopt specialized roles to support team needs and provide training across sites as needed, with up to 50% travel required.
