This role is ideal for an experienced pediatric orthotist who thrives in a hospital-based environment and enjoys collaborating closely with physicians. You’ll spend part of your week at a children’s hospital focused heavily on pediatric and scoliosis orthotics, with additional time in a clinic setting supporting orthotic care. The position requires confidence in clinical skills, comfort receiving physician feedback, and motivation to make a meaningful impact on pediatric outcomes. As a Prosthetist and/or Orthotist, you will dedicate yourself to improving the lives of the patients you serve, their families, friends, and communities. You will provide or supervise the delivery of comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic care, including assessing patients, formulating treatment plans, implementing those plans, following up with patients, and participating in practice management. You will combine your unique blend of clinical and technical skills to evaluate patients, custom design, fabricate, and fit prostheses and/or orthoses to deliver exceptional outcomes, collaborating with other members of the rehabilitation team and innovating utilizing the latest technology.
