As a Certified Project Manager in Clinical Advancement and Patient Safety, you will manage and coordinate multiple, complex project plans for system-level quality initiatives. This includes overseeing implementation schedules and resource estimates for core measures programs and outcomes reporting improvements. You will provide project leadership and direction, coordinate the system huddle process, and integrate performance data to drive daily operational management. Your responsibilities will also include core measure reporting, supporting improvement efforts across the system, and coordinating activities related to safety system reporting and continuous improvement efforts. You will assist in the evaluation and redesign of quality-based committees and serve as an internal subject matter expert in RCA2 and high reliability. Additionally, you will manage significant IT implementations and vendor relationships, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement. You will facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, develop project methodologies, and provide leadership to quality improvement-focused roles.
