Requirements

  • Porsche certification preferred (Level Bronze, Silver, or Gold)
  • ASE certifications a plus
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a high-line or European brand environment
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Porsche diagnostic tools and software (PIWIS)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Porsche vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership standards
  • Accurately document work performed and complete repair orders efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with all safety guidelines
  • Stay up to date with Porsche training, certifications, and technical bulletins
  • Assist with road tests and vehicle inspections as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture focused on quality and integrity
