Requirements
- Porsche certification preferred (Level Bronze, Silver, or Gold)
- ASE certifications a plus
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a high-line or European brand environment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Porsche diagnostic tools and software (PIWIS)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Porsche vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership standards
- Accurately document work performed and complete repair orders efficiently
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with all safety guidelines
- Stay up to date with Porsche training, certifications, and technical bulletins
- Assist with road tests and vehicle inspections as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture focused on quality and integrity
