About The Position

THE NEUROMEDICAL CENTER is currently seeking a certified/licensed Physician Assistant. Responsible for directing patient care within the clinic and hospitals by performing various duties. This position will be a first assist in surgery for all neurosurgical procedures. Responsible for promptly following through with physicians’ orders, administering medications as ordered, following clinic policies and procedures, traveling with physician to satellite clinics as needed and performing all other duties as assigned by the supervising physician or administration.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Spine Surgery
• Familiarity with EMR system
• Organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Current PA/NP license
• Certification in Louisiana

Responsibilities
