About The Position
Assists licensed laboratory personnel by performing certain limited duties as permitted under CABPC 1269.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience
- Knowledge of software applications such as MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information to other employees of the organization.
- Requires the ability to apply independent judgment while carrying out written and/or oral instructions, deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations and work with Laboratory Information System. (LIS).
Nice To Haves
- At least one (1) year experience and/or training as a laboratory assistant.
