About The Position

The Certified Pharmacy Technician at Yoke's Fresh Market is responsible for providing a pleasant and efficient pharmacy experience by engaging with guests and ensuring they receive exceptional service. This role involves assisting pharmacists, managing medication dispensing, and promoting pharmacy services while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician License in Washington or Idaho.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification from an accredited program.
• Valid Driver's License or State I.D. Card.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform mathematical calculations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a pharmacy setting or related field.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and informing them of pharmacy services.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, including verifying prescriptions and managing inventory.
• Promote sales through active discussions with guests about current promotions and services.
• Maintain licensure and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain sanitation standards in the pharmacy department.
• Mentor new associates and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Report for assigned shifts on time and communicate clearly with team members.
