Certified Pharmacy Technician II- Home Infusion
About The Position
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Home Infusion team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. Position Summary: Under direct supervision of a Pharmacist, assists in the timely and accurate dispensing of sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications to patients in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends 2 holidays per year. 1.0 FTE/ 40 hrs weekly
Requirements
- Two or more years (4,160+ hours) of Pharmacy Technician experience is required.
- Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Technician certification required.
- Certification as CPhT through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet the insurability requirements relating to Park Nicollet’s motor vehicle violation criteria.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the timely and accurate dispensing of sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications to patients in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
