The Certified Pharmacy Technician aids pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care services to patients by assisting in the preparation, dispensing, record keeping, and transporting of medications for all patients including neonatal, pediatric, adolescence, adult, and geriatric age groups. Under minimal supervision, this role performs the required duties of a technician at a high level of proficiency, demonstrating exemplary work behaviors and ownership for the success of the work area. This position also learns, performs and completes assignments/responsibilities assigned during the transitional duty period.
