Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA).
CPR/AED certification.
Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
Willingness to travel to clients' sites and work flexible hours.
Team player and collaborative with others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients across all fitness levels and goals.
Design and implement personalized training programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, tailored to each client’s needs.
Ensure client safety, proper exercise technique, and injury prevention throughout every session.
Provide continuous motivation, accountability, and lifestyle education to support client success.
Track and evaluate progress through regular assessments and goal reviews to drive measurable results.
Conduct client reassessments and update programs as needed.
Travel between client locations safely and punctually, maintaining a professional and reliable presence.
Manage and update appointments and client notes within the GG apps.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations and client satisfaction.
