About The Position

Our Story: Flamingo is an all-in-one resident engagement mobile app. We provide premium services to luxury residential apartment buildings including, weekly fitness classes, resident events, and concierge services. Our concierge services include Personal Training, Group Training, and more! We are looking for experienced personal trainers who want to share their passion for fitness with others!

Requirements

• Be a certified Personal Trainer
• Experience creating custom training programs
• Flexible availability weekdays and weekends with openings in the morning, afternoon, and / or evening
• Must have access to email and phone communication
• Must be able to complete check-in within our mobile app after each session

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of training experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best class EXPERIENCE by keeping your training sessions fresh and engaging for our customers
• Provide custom training plans based on the goals of each customer
• Ensure training session starts and ends on time
• Communicate and provide our team with feedback
