Requirements
- Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or Accredited Personal Training Certification (Ex- NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM Etc.)
- 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
- Coaching experience preferred
- Love of boutique fitness is a must – passion for strength training is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
- Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT
- Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment
- Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification

Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients
- Energize, motivate, and provide one on one feedback to clients throughout class
- Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
- Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations including, but not limited to BFT Fundamentals training or any other required continuing education
- Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
- Set up equipment for each class/next day’s classes and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
- Cleaning/Organizing after shift/class
