We are looking for a Certified Peer Specialist Consultant to join our team at Wisdo as an Independent Contractor (1099). The Certified Peer Specialist Consultant will support member engagement through onboarding, peer-based interactions, and ongoing check-ins This is a remote position based in the United States. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.
Requirements
- Certified Peer Specialist (required)
- Experience in peer support, mental health, recovery, or related areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage individuals in a supportive, non-clinical manner
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Supporting members in understanding how to use key features, including peer conversations, coaching sessions, communities, and content
- Facilitating peer support conversations to encourage engagement and connection
- Conducting check-in sessions with members to review platform recommendations and suggest relevant resources
- Guiding members toward appropriate Wisdo offerings and, when relevant, external services
- Sharing general observations and insights from member interactions
