About The Position

  • 1-2 years of experience with Administration, preferably within the Construction Industry.
  • Previous experience in the playground/recreation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Generate weekly payroll reports using HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
  • Verify the accuracy of data uploaded and correct discrepancies.
  • Examine payroll records for compliance with prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits.
  • Analyze timecards and job classifications for accurate worker assignments.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate anomalies in payroll data.
  • Cross-check payroll data with project documents to identify discrepancies.
  • Request and track Apprentices on projects that require them.
  • Enter new jobs into the Paycom Payroll system and create project file spreadsheets.
  • Maintain project files by uploading all relevant documents.
  • Prepare and submit certified payroll reports to government agencies.
  • Conduct field site visits to verify worker identity and job classifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and HR personnel on labor compliance regulations.
  • Stay informed about updates to labor laws and incorporate changes into practices.
  • Maintain records of payroll audits and compliance actions.
