Webb Medical Center opened its doors in 1988 and has been growing ever since to meet the health care needs of the communities in the northwest area of metropolitan Phoenix. The nonprofit acute care hospital has 404 licensed beds and is currently the eighth largest hospital in the Valley. Designed to grow with the community, Banner Del E. Webb has the ability to add an additional 92 beds, growing the campus to nearly 500 beds in the future. Our campus also serves as a base for a BannerAir helicopter. As a Certified or Licensed Nursing Assistant in our fast-paced Orthopedic unit, you will be part of a patient-oriented team, with a goal of changing healthcare for the better! You will be valued member of our team that provides exceptional care experiences for our patients daily! You will provide routine care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. Schedules currently available: Full-time, night shift, 7:00pm – 7:30am, 3 nights per week. Full-time, day shift, 7:00am – 7:30pm, 3 days per week. Weekend rotations are required in this role. Enjoy a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18%-night shift differential when applicable. Banner Del E. With 391 licensed beds, the hospital provides a wide range of services, including acute medical and surgical services as well as intensive care, emergency and urgent care, inpatient/outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, neurology, orthopedics, oncology, urology, pulmonary, obstetrics and gynecology, outpatient diagnostic services, and adult behavioral services. POSITION SUMMARY This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.
