Our Clinical Care Operations (CCO) Unit at Banner Casa Grande, is a resource team where individuals float to all different units within the hospital. This can include PCU, Med Surg/ Observation, ICU, and Emergency. As a Patient Care Assistant on this unit, you will work directly with the unit RN staff to help deliver quality care to our patients and their families; leading to successful, optimal outcomes using the latest procedures and state of the art equipment. This will be a full time position (3:12's - 36 hours/week). Day shift : 6:00am-6:30pm Rotating weekends and holidays. No set schedule. POSITION SUMMARY This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.
