Surgical Services - Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)
About The Position
HIGHLY prefer to have someone certified than not...Handle all aspects of surgery- there are not teams they truly need to be strong in all areas. Very ortho heavy and total joints. Need to hit the ground running. Must handle the cases alone. General surgery is least amount of cases and they have no robotics here... no L&D at all here... Must be a jack of all trade.. Super fast paced- average 25-35 cases a day ( no cardiac and no brain) urology, Cataracs, a little gyn but no c sections, lots of neuro and neuro spine. Our facility is comprised of six operating rooms, 13 inpatient rooms, three endoscopy suites, and five pain management treatment rooms, all equipped with the latest medical technology available. EMR: Meditech mass (expanse) . Scrubs are provided for circulators and techs - hospital laundered scrubs.. BLS and ACLS required..No call or weekends required. No guaranteed hours during holidays.
