  • Ensure timely documentation of daily notes and progress reports.
  • Participate in in-service training and continuing education courses as appropriate; stay updated with team communications through email in the absence of staff meetings.
  • Adhere to agency safety protocols and procedures.
  • Comply with the site's HIPAA Parent Education Policies.
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Regularly convene with the team to exchange information, celebrate collective achievements, address concerns, and collaborate to support the patient's network.
  • Support the team in establishing and achieving goals outlined by team members or the organization.
  • Foster a culture of mutual support and positive peer interaction within the team.
  • Assist team members in advocating for the needs of the individuals we serve, both internally and externally.
