About The Position

We are looking for someone on a PRN basis - must have occasional weekday and weekend availability. How you will make an impact Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Following Medicare, state, and federal regulations, company policies, and procedures and ensuring departmental understanding and compliance in the areas of care provision, documentation, billing reimbursement, resident rights, customer service, and compliance, and other requirements as defined in the respective regulations. Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care. Providing therapy duties in all settings across the Erickson continuum of care, as needed Documenting services and billing completed accurately, in a timely manner, using business line specific formats according to company and regulatory requirements Ensuring that the resident’s plan of care (that has been developed by the OT) is communicated to the resident, family, and Physician

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable.
  • Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.

Responsibilities
