This Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) role in Lake Placid, FL, offers a blend of inpatient and outpatient care, providing variety, continuity of care, and professional growth opportunities across settings. Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited COTA program
Active or pending state COTA license
One year of COTA experience

Responsibilities

Treat patients with both non-surgical and post-operative presentations, featuring a diverse mix of sport-specific rehabilitation and joint and spine management
Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads
Prioritize professional interests and growth
Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach
Provide unmatched collaboration with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments
