Duties Performs screenings, assessments, and evaluations for young children. Creation and implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans, ongoing care and assessments. Works in a collaborative team relationship with the administration and staff to provide continuity of services. Maintains documentation, records, reports, and ensures requirements of contracting agencies are met. Completes all documentation in a timely manner. Engages with representatives of other community organizations to provide resources necessary to assist families with needed referrals. Partners with clients, including caregivers, families, and children, to develop goals through the completion of observations, assessments, and evaluation tools. Schedules and attends meetings ( IFSP , IEP , Team Conferences) to discuss client treatment programs and occupational therapy concerns. Maintains effective communications at all levels within the workplace. Provides a broad range of administrative and supervisory functions. Supervises assigned staff in accordance with WNMU personnel practices including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, guidance, etc. Participates in the process of ongoing personal and professional development. Maintains comprehensive communication among all contacts (internal and external). Models professional standards and ethics in accordance with WNMU philosophy. Performs other duties as assigned.
