Requirements

• Coursework/Training and Graduate from an associate degree program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• 1 year of Clinical experience with physical disabilities.
