Join our compassionate and dynamic rehab team as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) and make a real difference every day! Position Summary: As a COTA, you’ll work closely with our Occupational Therapists to support patients recovering from injury, illness, or disability. Through therapeutic activities and personalized care, you’ll help individuals regain the skills they need for daily living. Requirements

• A licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
• Passionate about patient care and rehabilitation
• A strong communicator and team collaborator
• Committed to excellence and compassionate service
• Ready to empower lives and grow your career!
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Current COTA license required.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of an OT
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and daily activities
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment
• Be a reliable and punctual team player
