About The Position
Skilled Nursing Facilities located in Marion and Logansport, Indiana. Only one facility per day. Ideally, two days in Marion and 3 days in Logansport to make a full time position. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current or eligible for state license
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Prefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required)
- Prefer minimum one (1) year experience.

Responsibilities
- The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant would perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
